As Robin’s yoga practice deepened, she began to notice a ripple effect across her life. The inner peace she was cultivating translated into more harmonious, less reactive relationships. She especially appreciated the shift in her relationship with her mother, moving from the typical mother-daughter clashes to a more positive, understanding connection.

Inspired to take things further, Robin joined a 10-week mindfulness training led by Dario Travaini, who was also a mindfulness coach. She invited her mother to join, and together they learned invaluable tools for staying present and resolving conflicts mindfully. This experience sparked Robin’s passion for personal development and revealed to her the transformative power of mindfulness in building and maintaining healthy relationships. She saw how practices like mindful listening and self-awareness could lead to clearer, kinder communication.

In this podcast with Movement for Modern Life, described as ‘the Netflix of Yoga’ by vogue. I was interviewed by the founder, Kat Farrants on my journey with yoga and it’s benefits. The podcast was recorded when I was in my teens.
