It all started when Robin discovered at 12 years old how meditation could change her life.

During a summer holiday in Scotland with her father, Robin found herself struggling with low self-esteem and anger, worn down by school bullying and stress at home. But over those two weeks, she began to see a way out. For the first time, she realized she had the power to change her thoughts and find peace.

She committed to daily meditation and later added yoga, even though breaking old habits wasn’t easy. Within months, Robin felt a profound shift. Now, over a decade later, she still faces moments of anxiety and stress, but with self-care tools she’s developed, her resilience and confidence have grown, allowing her to face life’s challenges with strength and calm.

Robin took up a 10-week mindfulness training with her mum
