Join the new Wellbeing Club at SWR!

Designed for students at SWR, this after-school program offers a safe space to relax, manage stress, and build confidence through yoga and mindfulness. 

Weekly after school yoga class on Wednesday’s at 3:30-4:30pm.

£36 for a block of 6 classes (just £6 per class) saving you £12!

Drop in and try

A single class is the perfect way to try the club to see if you enjoy it or for those that don’t like making long term commitments and just want to book in last minute.

£8 per class

  • One hour

  • Mrs Love will be teaching you, she has completed the Shift Wellbeing Ambassador Course and can now teach breathing, yoga movements, relaxation, mindfulness and meditation

  • Anything that makes you feel good, loose fitting clothes that you can easily move in is a good idea.

  • No, beginners welcome!

  • No yoga mats are provided, unless you want to bring your own!

  • If you helped Mrs Love design the club you get a free class.

    If you can’t afford the class, please let Mrs Love know and she’ll try and offer you a funded place.

  • Please talk to Mrs Love to discuss options. Please give as much notice as possible for any classes you can’t attend.
